Johannesburg – Mathapelo Kanyane, the TikTok sensation better known as Black Cat Girl, has set tongues wagging with the revelation of her unconventional romantic life. The 33-year-old former stripper and singer is openly navigating a polyamorous relationship with two men: Mixon Tholo (39), a dancer known as Tsekeleke, and Itumeleng Randela, originally from Venda in Limpopo, but now residing in Carletonville, Gauteng.
Black Cat Girl has been involved with Tsekeleke for over a year, however, the dynamics of their relationship have taken an unexpected turn. The catalyst for this shift was the rekindling of a past connection with Itumeleng, who revealed to Daily Sun that he and Black Cat Girl share a history.
"We dated in the past but broke up. Recently, we started talking again, and I wanted her back," said Itumeleng. However, at the time of their reconnection, Black Cat Girl was still committed to Tsekeleke. Itumeleng admitted to asking her to end her relationship with Tsekeleke, a request she firmly declined.
"She told me she loves us both, and Tsekeleke has even posted TikTok videos threatening to harm himself if she left him," Itumeleng explained, highlighting the emotional complexities of the situation.
Faced with these intense emotions, Itumeleng realised that forcing a separation between Black Cat Girl and Tsekeleke was not a viable option. Despite initial reservations and discomfort, Itumeleng ultimately accepted the unusual arrangement, choosing to embrace the polyamorous dynamic.
While Tsekeleke remains somewhat reticent about delving into the specifics of the relationship, his affection for Black Cat Girl is undeniable. "I love Black Cat Girl, and that’s all that matters," he stated simply.
To ensure harmony and fairness within the relationship, the trio have established a schedule where Black Cat Girl spends four nights a week with each man. "At first, they weren’t comfortable, but now they’re happy, and sometimes they even spend time together without me," she revealed, suggesting a growing level of acceptance and camaraderie between her two partners.
However, the arrangement is not without its challenges. Itumeleng disclosed that intimacy as a trio has proven difficult. "We tried sleeping on the same bed together once, but it didn’t work out. Now, we don’t sleep together at all," he said, indicating the need for individual space and boundaries within the polyamorous relationship.
Despite the complexities, Black Cat Girl hopes that her relationship can serve as an example for others who may be considering unconventional relationship structures. "Women can have both men if they want to. If it works for them, they should go ahead," she encouraged, advocating for individual choice and the pursuit of happiness, regardless of societal norms.
The story of Black Cat Girl and her two partners has sparked considerable debate and discussion online, with many praising her openness and honesty, while others express scepticism about the long-term viability of such an arrangement. Regardless of public opinion, Black Cat Girl remains steadfast in her commitment to her unconventional love life, determined to forge her own path and challenge traditional notions of relationships.
