7 wives for Mpumelelo: Musa Mseleku's son takes polygamy to level 7

Musa Mseleku's son, Mpumelelo, is making headlines once again, but this time it's not because of a public disagreement with his children's mother, Vuyokazi Nciweni.

The 23-year-old reality TV star, known for his appearances on Uthando Nes’thembu and Izingane Zes’thembu, is making waves with his ambitious polygamy plans.

Mpumelelo, who has previously mentioned plans to take three wives, has now revealed his ultimate goal: seven wives. This bold declaration comes despite a recent breakup with Vuyokazi, who was to be one of his wives. However, Mpumelelo remains undeterred, stating that his mission to take seven wives is unwavering.

"What I can say is that I’m on the mission of taking seven wives, no matter what, and I won’t comment further on that because those who want to know how, they can stay tuned to their TVs," Mpumelelo told Daily Sun.

He's not shy about his ambitions, stating that he's following in his father's footsteps.

"People will always say what they like about me, but I don’t care. I do what I want to do, and I'll continue to fulfil my dream to be a polygamist. I grew up in a polygamous family where my father had four wives, and I will follow in his footsteps," he said.

Mpumelelo has been open about his desire to build a life with each woman he is involved with, stating that he is not playing games.

"I want to be clear that I'm not playing with any of the women I'm involved with, I want to build a life with them, but sometimes things don't go as planned and disagreements arise," he said.

While he prefers to avoid discussing his recent split with Vuyokazi, due to the criticism surrounding the relationship, he has made it clear that he is not afraid of parting ways amicably if a relationship doesn't work out.

Mpumelelo has also revealed to his parents that he wishes to marry a virgin as one of his wives. Last year, in an interview on The Venting Podcast, he stated that his father has never pressured him into following in his footsteps.

“I love women. I would be lying if I said my father convinced me to be a polygamist. If I were doing it for my father, I would not be able to continue doing it. I am still going to continue. I won’t say how many women I plan to have, but they are more than my father has.”

He has also hinted at explosive developments in the upcoming reality shows, urging viewers to understand that his life on TV is genuine.

Mpumelelo, who has dismissed criticism surrounding his polygamy ambitions, is clearly not afraid to be in the spotlight. He is a successful entrepreneur, running various businesses including a security company, a plastic water container manufacturing company, and a music production company. He credits his mother, MaYeni, for guiding him and teaching him how to treat women.

Despite his young age, Mpumelelo is determined to create a large family, just like the one he grew up in. With his ambitious polygamy plans and his unwavering determination, he is sure to continue making headlines in the coming months and years.
