Nadia Nakai has returned to work for the first time since the death of her boyfriend, AKA, and has the support of the rapper's family as she makes a comeback.
The Naaa Meaan rapper was accompanied by AKA's father, Tony Forbes, and they shared a moment on stage together.
She had her first gig at the weekend at Rockets in Bryanston, Johannesburg, on March 24

AKA's mother, Lynn Forbes, comforted Nadia when she made her return.
“Kiernan will be there with you in spirit, every step of the way. Chin up beautiful, you've got this and we've got you,” she wrote on her Instagram stories.
Nadia is still struggling to come to terms with AKA's death and has been candid about her grief on social media.
The rapper admitted though it had been hard for her to leave the house after AKA's death she understood she had all the support she needed to continue to live.
Kiernan “AKA” Forbes was gunned down on February 10. His murder is still under investigation.
Nadia took some time off from work to grieve for her late partner.
