According to a report by British publication Daily Mail, Black Coffee's flight encountered severe turbulence during his journey from Brazil to Argentina on January 7th. The publication stated that the global star suffered significant injuries and was subsequently hospitalized in Montevideo, Uruguay.
Numerous celebrities, government officials, industry peers, and South African citizens expressed their well wishes publicly for the "Superman" hitmaker. However, Black Coffee's soon-to-be ex-wife, acclaimed actress Mbali Enhle Mlotshwa, shared that her well wishes were not well received by him.
While Mbali did not disclose the exact details of who disregarded her message, she posted a video on social media where she addressed the situation and discussed aspects of her marriage. In the video, she revealed that after sending the message to the DJ, she received an email stating, "Stop pretending like you care."

Mbali emphasized that her concern was solely for Black Coffee's well-being as they have children together, expressing that she did not have any personal interest in him beyond that. She also shared insights into her decision to pursue a divorce, citing the presence of children from different mothers and a series of events that influenced her choice.
Despite the ongoing divorce proceedings, Mbali asserted that she was living her life and enjoying a new relationship. She also hinted at potential revelations during the divorce case scheduled for November, encouraging onlookers to witness the truth firsthand.
Meanwhile, Black Coffee, who reportedly recovered from his injuries and returned home, posted images on a platform now known as X (formerly Twitter), with the location indicating Johannesburg. This update suggests that he is on the path to recovery in his hometown.
